| cytiva SH30023.01 HyClone™ DMEM/F12 1:1 liquid, with L-glutamine, HEPES, 500 mL Cytiva SH30023.01 is a 500 mL sterile liquid cell culture medium with a HyClone™ Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) / F12 1:1 formulation. It is widely used in laboratory research and bioprocess manufacturing to grow and maintain a broad spectrum of mammalian cell types (especially glial cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells). Formulation Base: An equal (1:1) mixture of DMEM and Ham's F12 culture media. Additives: Contains 2.50 mM L-Glutamine (for cellular metabolism and protein synthesis) and 15 mM HEPES (to provide stable pH buffering). Energy Sources: Contains 17.5 mM Glucose and 0.5 mM Sodium Pyruvate to support cell growth. Sterilization: Sterilized during production by hydration with WFI quality (injection grade) water and passing through 0.1 µm pore filters. |
