cytiva SH30030.02 HyClone™ Hank’s Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS), 1X, with Calcium, Magnesium, Phenol Red 500 mL. Balanced salt solution for cell culture applications (liquid form).

Applications
- In cell washing processes
- In cell transfer or short-term incubation
- As a diluent in culture media preparation
- Used for buffering before chemical or enzymatic cell separation processes.

Note: Due to its calcium and magnesium content, it is not suitable for the washing step immediately preceding Trypsin-EDTA applications to remove cells from the surface (calcium may inhibit enzyme activity). Calcium/magnesium-free versions should be preferred for such processes.
