Quality Level 200 DESCRIPTION Description PVA is used as a biological reagent to test the dispersion of zinc oxide nanoparticles.[1] PVA has been evaluated as an effective protein resistant material.2 It may be used to stabilize gold colloids of diameter 3-8nm.[2] Poly(vinyl alcohol) can be used as a secondary template in the synthesis of mesoporous zeolites. It can be used to prepare a hydrogel template to produce homogeneous microparticles for sustained drug release.
