Penicillin Streptomycin solution is used to maintain sterile conditions during cell culture, and they show few adverse effects on the cultured cells.[1][2] Application Penicillin-Streptomycin is used to supplement cell culture media to control bacterial contamination. It is recommended for use in cell culture applications at 10 mL/L.
