dNTPs are a commonly used lab reagent for any scientist performing any form of genetic analysis and manipulation. These building blocks of DNA are crucial for PCR since they are the individual bases required to form the amplicons. All Zymo Research’s dNTPs are convenient and ready-to-use. They have been determined to be ultra-pure according to HPLC analysis. These reagents are free of endo/exo-deoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases, and phosphatases, human and E. coli DNA. They are designed for use in a variety of molecular biology applications including long-range PCR, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, real-time PCR, standard PCR, and high-fidelity PCR. The reagents are extremely stable, guaranteed for 12 months.

Ultra pure dTTP can be used in nucleotide mixtures to generate PCR amplicons using ZymoTaq, QuestTaq or other DNA polymerases.

Concentration	25 µmol / 250 µl as a [100 mM] solution.
Storage	Nucleotides are guaranteed for 12 months at -20 °C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. For long-term storage, aliquoting is recommended with storage at -80 °C.
