L-Glutamine: Included (4.0 mM concentration, provides essential amino acid support)
HEPES Buffer: Included (25 mM concentration, maintains pH balance in studies outside the incubator)
Alpha-Thioglycerol (α-Thioglycerol): Not included (Suitable for sensitive applications requiring a special formulation without this component)
