Cytiva SV30079.01, HyClone™ Antibiotic Antimycotic Solution, is a sterile liquid reagent with a concentration of 100X, available in 100 mL, used to prevent bacterial, fungal, and yeast contamination in cell culture studies.

An antibiotic and antimycotic reagent.
- Contains 10,000 units of penicillin, 10,000 μg of streptomycin, and 25 μg of Amphotericin B per mL
- Commonly used as an antifungal, anti-yeast, anti-mold or antibacterial
- Common working dose is 10 mL/L of 100X solution

Wide spectrum of activity against gram negative and gram positive bacteria as well as activity against fungi and yeast
